BCI-VR Prototype Integration & Project Management

Project Overview:
Our BCI-VR prototype combines OpenBCI hardware, an AI pipeline (thought-to-text, TTS), and a VR environment. We need someone to oversee the entire integration and coordinate the other three specialists, ensuring a smooth, real-time experience for end users.
Responsibilities:
1. Overall Integration: Set up the data flow between hardware (EEG), AI (thought decoding), and VR software.
2. Establish Interfaces & Protocols: Define clear APIs or data exchange formats so modules can communicate reliably.
3. Project Management: Coordinate deadlines, hold team check-ins, and maintain a single source of truth (project board or documentation).
4. Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee functional testing, latency checks, and user experience validation.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Technical project management background (managing multi-disciplinary teams).
• Experience in system-level integration (hardware + software + AI + VR).
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking.
• Strong communication to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Deliverables:
• A fully integrated BCI-VR prototype with documented data flow.
• A project timeline with milestones, testing procedures, and final demo preparation.
• Reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
