Automatic Toll booth system using YOLOV3

We will implement and run the YOLO V3 object detection model to track the count of vehicles on road. We will also detect the number plates (License Plates) and store it in the database for future use. We don't understand the content of the Number Plates (License Plates), rather we confine to count the number of vehicles on road and detect and store the number plates in the data base.
