API Integration & Model Deployment Expert

I require a seasoned professional to integrate APIs into my trained DDQN and GNN models. The deployment will be on a local server using FAST API. The system should have the capability for me to upload test data files (in CSV format) and subsequently receive classification results.

The expected classification results should include, but not be limited to:
- Confusion Matrix
- Normalized Confusion Matrix
- Bar Graph of Classification Results
- Performance Metrics (Accuracy, F1 Score, Recall, Precision, etc.)

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with both DDQN and GNN models
- Proficient in FAST API
- Familiar with server deployment
- Skilled in data visualization and performance metrics computation

Please note, the integration and deployment should allow for seamless interaction and accurate results.

I cannot upload test files in here since it exceeds the size limit, but you can find the dataset details in the jupyter source files for both models.
NOTE: these models were trained in Kaggle, the corresponding datasets are CSE-CICIDS2018 and NF-CSE-CICIDS-2018.

Note that, a separate test file uploading option should be and given for DDQN and GNN since they use different datasets.
