Traditional Wedding Day Coordinator

Job ID: 39320942

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

My fiancée and I are getting married on **June 14th 2025 in Glen Ellyn**. We're planning a meaningful **Christian ceremony blended with Indian cultural traditions**, and we’re looking for a **thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented day-of coordinator** to help bring our plans to life.

We’ve booked all our vendors and now need someone to **manage logistics and ensure everything flows smoothly across two key functions** on the same day—from approximately **2:00 PM to 11:59 PM**. The ideal person would be available to connect in advance, get familiar with our vision, and take charge on the day so we (and our families!) can be fully present and enjoy this special occasion.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full wedding day schedule across two venues
- Coordinate vendor arrival, setup, and timing
- Manage transitions (e.g., ceremony to reception, guest transportation)
- Support guest experience (~50–150 guests)
- Handle last-minute issues with calm and confidence

### Our Vendors Include:
**Wedding (Church):**
- Venue coordinator (church)
- Church décor team
- Make-up artist & saree drapist
- Bouquets & boutonnieres
- Shuttle to reception venue

**Wedding + Reception:**
- Primary photographer & two videographers

**Reception:**
- Reception venue (handles catering, bar, and cake)
- Sound and lighting team
- Decor vendor

### Budget:
We’re working within a **$1200 range** and are open to adjusting scope collaboratively to make it a win-win for both sides.

### Ideal Fit:
- Strong communicator and calm under pressure
- Experience with multicultural or traditional weddings
- Personable and professional—able to work well with diverse vendors and guests

If you're available on **June 14th** and excited about helping create a joyful, well-run celebration, we'd love to hear from you!
