Party Decoration Setup Help
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m hosting a birthday party soon and need an extra pair of hands to get the venue looking festive. There’s no set theme, so you’ll have plenty of creative freedom—my main focus is making the space feel warm and celebratory without going over-the-top.
Here’s what I already have ready to go:
• A variety of printed banners that need to be hung securely and evenly around the room.
• Table centerpieces that should be arranged so they look balanced and don’t interfere with seating or food service.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Unpacking, positioning, and installing all banners.
• Styling each centerpiece on the designated tables, adjusting spacing and height so they photograph well.
• A quick walk-through with me afterward to be sure everything is symmetrical, neat, and party-ready.
The venue will be available two hours before guests arrive, and I anticipate setup taking no more than 60–90 minutes for someone experienced with event décor. Please bring any basic tools you like to work with—tape measure, step stool, removable hooks, or fishing line—so we can adapt to the room’s layout without damaging walls.
If you have suggestions for small finishing touches (for example, adding a few extra ribbon accents or rearranging furniture for better flow), I’m open to hearing them as long as we stay within a simple, classic look.
