Outdoor Wedding Setup: Chairs & Decor
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone to help set up chairs, floral arrangements, arches, stands and general decorations for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up approximately 50-100 chairs for guests
- Arranging floral decorations
- Setting up arches and stands
- Taking down chairs at end of ceremony
- Transporting decorations (one car load) from ceremony to reception (about 7 min drive) and setting up decorations at reception
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with event setup, particularly weddings
- Ability to follow a designated plan
- Physical stamina to handle setup tasks
The ceremony will be held at an outdoor venue and I expect around 50 to 100 guests. Please only apply if you have relevant experience and can physically manage the tasks involved.
