Elegant 40th Birthday Event Setup
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’ve reserved a 26-room villa to host 25 couples for my wife’s 40th birthday, running 6–8 November, and I need someone to transform the space into an elegant, memorable celebration. The mood I’m after is refined and classy—think understated florals, warm lighting, tasteful table-scapes, and a photo backdrop that blends seamlessly with the villa’s architecture.
A second priority is the welcome experience. Each couple should find a personalized gift waiting in their room: a quality keepsake item engraved with both their names and a short quote I’ll supply. Beautiful packaging and discrete placement in each room are part of the brief.
Finally, I’d like a sophisticated cake—ideally a three-tier design that matches the décor palette—ready for the main dinner on the 7th.
Deliverables (to keep us both aligned):
• Concept mood-board and colour palette within one week of hire
• Sourcing & installation of all elegant, classy decorations (entrance, common areas, dining tables, poolside, photo backdrop, ambient lighting)
• 25 personalised gifts: sourcing, engraving, gift-wrapping, room placement
• Coordination and delivery of the birthday cake, including tasting/ flavour confirmation
• On-site set-up 6 Nov, event support 7 Nov, breakdown 8 Nov
• A brief post-event report and photo set of all styled areas
