deck design

I am looking for someone to design a medium-sized outdoor deck (150-500 sq.ft) with a roof. Please see picture and size for reference. This is for multiple purposes including outdoor entertaining, relaxation. I have some specific preferences for the design, so the successful candidate will need to be able to follow them carefully and provide a great result. The deck should be able to withstand the elements and last a long time. The roof angle and hight is on the picture, the stairs should be also like on the picture. I would need building plans to submit for town permit.
