I’ll send over the complete PHP codebase that refuses to boot on any of our machines. I’m consistently seeing hard-stopping syntax/parse errors in the log, yet no amount of environment tweaking or composer housekeeping has cleared them. Rather than pasting snippets of the logs, I’d like you to spin the project up on your own XAMPP stack and see the behaviour firsthand.

Your fresh setup will help confirm whether the issue is hidden in our configuration or baked into the code itself. Once you have it running (or reproducing the same failure) I need a concise diagnosis and, ideally, the minimal code or config change that resolves the launch problem.
