We’re facing a 2–3 second flicker issue in the header area (likely due to CSS/JS loading delays). We want this resolved without breaking layout or plugin functionality, while also improving PageSpeed performance.

Scope of Work:
Identify and fix the header flicker (FOUC) issue

Properly configure LiteSpeed Cache (CSS, JS, UCSS, CCSS)

Sync and optimize QUIC.cloud CDN

Review and refine custom CSS

Ensure compatibility with all plugins and page elements

Improve PageSpeed score and Core Web Vitals, especially for mobile

Required Skills:

Strong debugging skills with CSS and JS
