WinForm C# Enhancements & Fixes
Budget: $50 – $300 USD
I have a mature C# WinForm desktop application that now needs both fresh functionality and a round of bug fixing. The codebase is neatly structured, lives in Git, and currently targets .NET Framework 4.8 inside Visual Studio 2022.
New features: I will outline the exact screens and behaviours once we begin, but expect work such as adding extra dialogs, extending existing forms, and wiring in a few new workflow shortcuts.
Bug fixes: the app intermittently throws runtime errors and has a couple of edge-case crashes that I can reproduce. I will supply steps and sample data so you can trace, patch, and prove each fix.
You’ll have remote access to a test database, plus full source once an NDA is signed. Clean, well-commented commits and a brief change log are part of the hand-off.
Deliverables
• Updated source with added features implemented
• All identified bugs reliably resolved
• Compiled build ready for user acceptance
• Short change log describing each update
Write "OK" first in your bid
If you’re comfortable diving into WinForms, C#, and standard debugging tools like VS diagnostics and dotMemory, let’s talk.
