Urgent Fix One Hour Debug

My website is not coming up for several people, i also verified this myself in safari and chrome on my ios the message on chrome says ERR-NAME-NOT-RESOLVED and the ip address couldnt be found. now the weird thing is that i can go to my laptop and it loads just fine, just not on ios device or other customers. I need someone that can fix this permanently.
