URGENT Full QA and Bug Fix for React Native Expo Military Housing App All Features Must Work
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
I need a senior React Native and Expo developer to fully debug and QA my app until it works perfectly on all devices. This is not a single bug fix. I need someone to go through EVERYTHING and make it bulletproof.
The App: HomeScoop is a military relocation platform helping service members find neighborhoods near bases. 184 bases, 1900+ neighborhoods. BAH Calculator, GS Pay Calculator. School ratings, rent data, commute times. Live at https://homescoop.app
What Needs to Work (All of It):
1. Every base must load and display its neighborhoods. No "0 neighborhoods" errors.
2. Every neighborhood card must be tappable. Links, buttons, "Why This?" all functional.
3. BAH Calculator must work on mobile AND desktop. No cutoff, no crashes, results fully visible.
4. GS Calculator must work end to end. Federal civilian flow complete.
5. All navigation must work. Back buttons, scrolling, no freezes.
6. Mobile Safari, Chrome, Android. Must work on all major browsers and devices.
7. No WebKit crashes, no white screens, no infinite loops.
Tech Stack: React Native and Expo (managed workflow) TypeScript Netlify deployment
Deliverables:
1. Written QA report listing every bug found
2. All bugs fixed and deployed
3. Video walkthrough proving all features work on mobile and desktop
4. Must test ALL 184 bases (or representative sample of at least 20 across all branches)
Timeline: Need significant progress within 24 to 48 hours. Final delivery within 1 week max.
