Sync Fix for ClusterFX and ESP32

I need a skilled developer to troubleshoot and fix synchronization issues between my ClusterFX application and ESP32 device.

Key Requirements:I’m looking for an experienced embedded systems engineer to resolve syncing issues between my app and ESP32. The key tasks include:
- Adding UI feedback for selected clusters.
- Ensuring all animations respect cluster boundaries.
- Displaying selected color and brightness in the app at all times.
- Adding optional BLE notifications for command status.
- Implementing auto-reconnect to BLE device on app restart.
- Adding a slider to control animation speed.
- Reading and displaying the ESP32 IP address via BLE status polling.
- Supporting multi-device mesh cluster mapping.
- Diagnose the sync problem, whether it's data accuracy, connection stability, or update frequency.
- Ensure reliable synchronization of relevant data types.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with ESP32 and mobile app integration.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Familiarity with synchronization protocols and error handling.
