React App Stabilization & Fixes

My production React + Node application has begun to unravel and I need it brought back to a rock-solid state without rewriting the whole thing.

Current pain points
• Users hit crashes and ChunkLoadError screens, the feed spins forever, uploads fail, and in-app messages never reach their recipient.
• The admin panel sometimes renders a blank dashboard; buttons don’t respond and console logs are littered with errors that hint at a service-worker cache mismatch.
• Deployments occasionally look fine in preview but break in live production, leaving JS chunks unreachable. Performance has also degraded noticeably under load.

Scope of work
You’ll diagnose and remedy every issue affecting the user-facing app, the admin panel, and the deployment/hosting pipeline. The goal is a clean, error-free PWA that deploys predictably and performs reliably.

Deliverables
1. Debugged and patched React front-end and Node back-end with commits that reference each resolved issue.
2. Stable upload, messaging, and feed components all verified in production.
3. Admin panel fully functional—dashboard renders, user management works, and no console errors remain.
4. Deployment configuration updated so next build ships without ChunkLoadError or mismatched assets.
5. Concise hand-over document summarising the fixes, root causes, and any new scripts or environment changes.

Acceptance criteria
• No uncaught errors in browser or server logs during normal use.
• Uploads, messaging, and feed actions succeed >99 % of the time on a fresh production build.
• Admin dashboard loads within three seconds and all controls respond instantly.
• CI/CD pipeline reproduces the same build locally, in staging, and in production with zero missing chunks.
