I need help resolving an exception error when starting my mobile ANDROID app.

Error message: Integrity device-FAIL EXCEPTION app-FAIL EXCEPTION license=IllegalStateException

The PLAY INTEGRETE API IS ENABLED, everything is correct from device end (non rooted and updated with official tester email account)
