Manifest V3 Extension Debugging and approval support Needed

My chrome extension was not approved by google due to external source API calls. I need someone who knows Chrome DevTools for service workers, Manifest V3 life-cycle quirks, and fetch/XHR debugging to trace the root cause, patch it, and prove the fix.
