Local WooCommerce PHP Bug Fix

Need a specialist to fix a problem on a local site on WordPress with WooCommerce installed. One of the PHP-files does not start - you need to find out the cause and eliminate it. The site is not hosted, but runs locally (via OpenServer, XAMPP or a similar local server). Presumably, the problem could be related to syntax, permissions, paths, or environment settings. Experience with PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and local servers is required. After the test, a brief report on the cause of the problem and actions taken is desirable. I will provide an archive of the site and database.
