HDD Data Recovery

I have been working on Adobe LightRoom for some photo/video editing and then updgraded to windows 11. Ever since, despite that I can still see the files on my external HDD, I still cannot open them. It seems that they are now locked with some kind of access rights restrictions (?!). Here is a link to my gDrive I've managed to upload, please have a look and let me know if you can fix the files, so that I can open them and work on them normally. Files contain raw photos, clips and mobile as well as drone photos and videos of a small real estate property. Any assistance welcome.
