My hosting team indicated that the error originates from the theme, specifically a PHP Fatal error related to the `array_keys()` function in `/wp-content/themes/top-store/functions.php` on line 23. I haven't tried switching to a default WordPress theme yet, and there are no custom code modifications in the theme files.
