Fix Post-Cleanup Website Issues

I recently performed a code cleanup on websites and, since then, key pieces of functionality have stopped working.

Here’s what I need:
• Investigate and pinpoint the root cause of the blank-page loads.
• Restore full operation of all forms and submissions.
• Repair or re-wire the broken navigation links so they route correctly.
• Provide a concise summary of the fixes you apply (files touched, logic changed, and any recommended follow-up).

The project will involve reviewing the latest code changes, checking server logs, and debugging both front-end and back-end portions of the site. Clean, well-commented code and a quick turnaround are essential.
