Fix PHP Plugin Data Bug

Hi, I have a custom plugin i have made. The plugin allows people to purchase through our site and via API buys the product elsewhere then delivers the customer the product details, however the product details aren't being pulled through properly I have the API logs from the seller website and my code i just need small help with fixing why its not delivering
