Fix Footer & WPML Bugs

My WordPress site has two nagging problems I’d like you to tackle together.
1) Footer conflict
The footer stops working whenever the Portfolio plugin is enabled. Deactivating that single plugin brings the footer back, so I’m certain the conflict is isolated there. I need the footer’s full functionality restored without losing any Portfolio features.
2) WPML translations in Projects
The “Projects” section is already translated through WPML, yet the translated content never shows on the front-end. I want every language version to display exactly as it does in the default language, with the usual WPML language switcher working flawlessly.
Please debug, patch or write the necessary overrides so both issues are resolved permanently. A brief summary of what you changed will complete the job.
