Fix CI4 Connection Timeout on Hostinger + CRUD Functional Test

My CodeIgniter 4 site is already deployed on Hostinger but every request ends in a “Connection Timeout.”
Resource usage on the server stays almost idle, so the fault is somewhere in the app configuration or code rather than the hosting limits.
What I need you to do right now:
• Trace and eliminate the root cause of the timeout.
• Verify that core functions work once it loads: user login, admin & user CRUD operations, and logout.
• Double-check that both English and Indonesian locales stay fully functional; no language files should break in the fix.
