Debug PHP Project on XAMPP Crash 8.0

I’m handing over a complete PHP code-base that refuses to launch in my local setup. Every attempt on XAMPP with PHP 8.0 ends in a Syntax error thrown before the application can even load. I’m not sure whether it stems from a mis-configured environment or a slip inside the code itself, so I need a fresh pair of eyes and a clean installation to confirm what’s really going on.
You’ll receive the full project folder exactly as I’m running it. Spin it up in your own XAMPP installation (PHP 8.0), let me know whether the Syntax error appears for you, and then either:
• identify the offending file/line and supply the corrected code, or
• document the environment change that makes the issue disappear for you.
Once I can reproduce your working result on my machine, we’ll count this task complete—and talk about taking the collaboration further.
