Configure existing ffxi Lua Addon to fully functional. -- 2

i want a fully functional addon for private game server, code is exists on GitHub, written entirely in Lua, but i am unable to make functional. The goal of the addon was to run auto healing tasks, but i do not understand the libraries or edits to the code that needed to be done.

Here is what Is required
- ability to run a dual VM environments to test one account healing tasks on another.
- ability to run VPN in both VMs
- Commented code throughout, so future tweaks on my side are straightforward.

Once the addon runs reliably in that environment and passes my live play test, the project is considered complete.
