Install DataTables & DataTables Editor + import data from SQLite database

I am seeking someone fully experienced with DataTables who also has DataTables Editor.

On my wordpress website I would like a read-only search page with 2 separate boxes to query data from 2 columns of my database and display the results below. For these search boxes they must only permit exact matches.

I would like a separate page protected by password log-in for me to edit the database (search boxes for each individual column, A-Z sorting, wildcard matches).

I will need the following configurations installing :

Basically want it as compact as possible so all my columns fit on my screen without a horizontal scroll bar and as little mouse interaction as possible, all keyboard navigation - tab, cursors, enter to edit, enter to save, etc - as much like Excel as possible.
