A web based application to handle customers request

We want an online application to handle customers logistics requests. The program should manage a user database, customer database, a suppliers database a request database and a request details database. The program should allow the dated and timed update the status of the request from received, answered, quoted, won or lost. If the request is won we should be able to track the dated and timed life of the shipment from pickup to delivery; Additionally we need to push reports for statuses and mail from within the application
