small program need to track and chart

Who I am is an individual looking for a hand up. I am on100% medical disability and unemployable. Seven years ago I lost a marriage, a thriving business, my finances, and my independence. I am looking for a programmer who is willing to help me.
I would like a basic program to track pre-market trading. This program will have a basic spreadsheet, and will flag and track stock(s) that fit very specific parameters. This program will need to be able to take real time data(trade volume) and create an algorithm that can predict where trade volume will be in 2-4 hours. The other parameters are very basic.
I can do this with pen and paper, but I would have to be awake from 2am to 6am. I value my sleep. I want to compare what this program flags and tracks to what I see at opening bell. I wish to track this for at least a month if not two months to determine if this is what I am envisioning.
I know this is a small project and way below everyone's expertise, but I hope there is someone will be glad to help me.
