Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
1. There will be a security screen to enter in your login and password. This will determine your security level of access.
2. This will open up a data entry screen. There will be a date and time that automatically populates as well as a ticket number that increases by one each time a new ticket is made. there will be about 10 data entry tabs, a couple of which will have drop down choices/ predictive text based on available choices. Once saved, the ticket will go in a queue list on the left side of the screen. This list can be put in order of company name or in order of ticket number by clicking the top header accordingly.
3. Once a ticket is completed, it will be saved to the completed ticket screen by either hitting save or by printing the ticket. This screen will have a list of tickets also. By clicking on the ticket line item, it will bring up the ticket. Only the back office is allowed on this screen and only the program admin is allowed to make any changes to any tickets once saved. There will be a check box to the left of each line itemed ticket. By putting the tickets in order by company, I will be able to click to put a check mark in front of each ticket belonging to a particular company. Then we will click Invoice, and it will batch all 8 checked tickets onto a single invoice. Once the invoice is printed, it is saved and the data entry tickets will disappear from that screen and go to a "invoiced ticket screen". We will have 2 print choices: print invoice alone or print invoice with corresponding tickets. After being invoiced, each ticket can be accessed and reprinted from the invoiced ticket screen by back office by clicking on the ticket. All saved invoices can be accessed by the company name.
