Wordpress site for therapists
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD

The system required includes 3 apps as seen in the picture:
1. Therapist app for mobile and desktop
2. Patient app for mobile and desktop
3. Admin app for desktop
The main app is for therapists to assist them in their work. The patient app is for patients communicating with their therapists and practicing. Admin app is for management of all components and for helpdesk
All apps can be used from a browser or as an app installed on their devices. The therapist and the patient can use a PC or a mobile device and the apps must be progressive.
UI Languages: preparation for multilingual. English and Hebrew are the languages for this version (right to left design is required)
Application can be installed on any WordPress server
Therapist app
The app has the following capabilities
1. Registration
2. Connection / authentication
3. When connected user has the following options:
a. Settings
b. Calendar management
c. Patients management
d. Marketing tools
e. Building a personal meditation library
f. Support requests
Patient App
The app has the following capabilities
1. Registration
2. Connection / authentication
3. When connected user has the following options:
a. Settings
b. Request an appointment or change/cancel an appointment
c. Pay for bill
d. Play audio files sent by therapist and rate results.
e. Send / receive messages to therapist
f. Support requests
Admin App
1. Registration – initial admin is pre-registered.
2. Connection / authentication using email and password.
3. Manage library - The management area will need the following capabilities in order to manage the library on an ongoing basis:
I. Associate meditation with a selected category
and put it in the category column.
II. Adding / removing meditations from the app library.
III. Open a new category / Remove a category.
IV. Transfer meditation from a certain category to another.
V. Option to download meditations.
4. Search / View /Add / delete / block / unblock / change details for each therapist and each patient
5. Set automatic billing and payment for therapists
6. Receive support tickets, answer and close tickets
7. Send global messages and messages to multiple therapists / patients
