Word Document Form & Automation
Budget: $20 – $30 NZD
I need help building a Word document form that collects various types of data and subsequently uses this data to populate a unique Word document.
Data Collection:
- The form should be able to collect text input, multiple choice responses, date and time, and numbers for calculations
- It should also have the capability to access and pull from external databases
Document Generation:
- The form will generate a unique Word document based on the collected data.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and its form features
- Experience with data collection and automation in Word
- Ability to design user-friendly forms
- Familiarity with connecting forms to external databases
Experience with creating automated Word documents from forms is a plus. Please provide examples of similar projects you've done in the past.
