Women's Innovations

For a project I work on, I need to be able to install MySQL platform on my computer, set up a mysql database in the cloud, create the database, create a simple web UI to review and test the data, and then learn the basic admin tasks to maintain the growing db. this is for a new educational resource https://womensinnovations.org/. I have the data in spreadsheet format, and need to move it into a DB to allow growth and searches.
