Web App appt tracker with user roles

Goal: Create a webapp that tracks projects for door to door sales teams. users will be able to login and create new leads, track leads/deals(projects), view their schedule.

How it will be used:

Roles: Sales Reps, Setters, and Manager

Team size: 30 setters, 20 closers, 4 managers

Setters: Go door-to-door, create appointments, and gather information from potential customers so a sales representative can show up and close the sale. They fill out a form fill with customer info and appt date

Sales Reps: show up to appts

Manager: assigns appts from setters to sales reps, , This is design to make their life easier

once lead is assigned to sales rep- set

Managers can login and get data overviews and use different views to track data and manage leads.

- Setter: Setter Appts, leads, add lead

Setter Appts: Appts setter scheduled for other closer(only appts they set)

Leads: all leads they set

Add Lead: submit lead form to get assigned

- Sales Rep Views: Schedule, Leads,

My Schedule: Shows sales rep closing schedule. appts assigned to them

Leads: leads assigned to them

- Manager: Schedule, leads,
- Schedule: Will Show schedule of his reps and his closer appts
- Kan Ban view, List View, Filtering based off of input
- Leads: all leads under management (including set deals)
