Upgrade Zoho Creator Cheque-Printing App
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We currently use a custom Zoho Creator app to print cheques, fully integrated with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Expense. While the system works well, we want to improve it with the following features:
• Convert the app to allow external users (staff) to submit requests via a public form or customer portal, without needing a Zoho Creator subscription.
• Create a mobile-friendly admin dashboard to monitor, approve, and manage cheque status.
• Add user role management to allow fast reassignment or removal of access when employees leave.
• Track cheque lifecycle: Requested → Printed → Signed → Delivered → Cleared.
• Track physical cheque inventory (e.g., by serial number) and alert when stock is low.
• Approval workflow based on cheque purpose:
• If related to rent, send to Real Estate + Finance departments.
• If related to Inventory, send to Inventory + Finance departments.
• Optional: allow digital signature capture and notifications via email or WhatsApp.
Only the administrator (me) will maintain full access — all others should interact through simplified front-end forms.
Important:
Please apply only if you have proven experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. This is not a traditional PHP/MySQL project.
Note: Selected freelancer must agree to sign both NDA and IP Agreement before work begins.
