SQL and API Data Retrieval Program

I need a program that can search existing SQL databases and API-connected databases (like Yahoo Finance) based on preset criteria, primarily using date range filtering. The output should be generated via 10-12 preset commands and have a web based interface. More details provided upon signing an NDA.

We own proprietary software that accurately predicts market and individual Crypto, Stocks, Metals etc future performance. The dates we extract from this "Front End Dashboard" will become the input dates for our existing software. The existing software is run in an air gapped environment for security and that will not change so there is no need to connect the two software applications.

Confidentiality is paramount and the deadline to complete this fairly simple project is May 25th, 2025. We will require weekly meetings via Google Meet for progress updates and to implement testing.
