Relationship database.

We are looking for a developer to build us a
simple Relational Database to hold our raw
data.
We require 30 fields, to begin with and to
cleanse the data that we acquire so the
system needs to be durable, it needs to
identify duplications, the structure needs to
be organised in tables, rows, columns, the
database is to store and organise relative data
points
