Real Estate Database Developer/Builder Needed

Objective: We need a custom developed application to house a multitude of different types of contact spreadsheet databases from various spreadsheets with different headers and different formats to work cohesively in a one stop database. This platform will need to function as a print-out of certain lists when needed. We will need to be able to export into Excel for formatting the list for a bulk mail operation application. The owner will want to view various report functions from this database that can also be exported into excel or merged into a word doc for the owner to review. We prefer someone who is fluent in typing and communicating in English simply for communication purposes. Please see database objective for full details.
