Process Flow Diagram in Visio for FIle generation Process
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Process flow Diagram in Visio for a complex process with many steps. I am open to suggestions regarding the format and style of the diagram.
The process flow will be a process to generate a final report.
i) A query is run to generate a file from Database. I will send the query so you can understand what is happening.
ii) When query runs and a file is generated then there involves different steps like manual steps, communicate with stakeholders, update few tables in DB and so on. I will share the details as well.
iii) After all these steps are done then file is sent for validation then we are done with the file.
iv) Last step is to update couple of tables mannually in a folder based on the communication happened.
I did make a simple process flow in Visio. You can take that also and the all steps and guidance that i am going to provide. Based on that, can make a final process flow diagram. This should be a very detailed and well looking diagram that if end users see's it, they will understand what happens then only users are seeing the report.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Visio software
- Experience in creating Workflow Diagrams for complex processes
- Strong understanding of process flows and the ability to translate complex processes into clear and concise diagrams.
- Strong understanding of database, sql queries, stored procedures.
- Someone who has working knowledge in IT organization
