Valuation reports are paid services from my company when dealing with clients, who would like me to put value to their assets and make reports for various purposes and parties.
The valuations are made with visiting clients, viewing assets, taking notes and photos.
Afterwards the customer data and the asset data are entered into the system with photo references. The values are also entered with possible notes.
Research is performed with online search, emails and notes. All saved to PDF as documentation. This documentation is for internal use, but may occcasionally be shared with the client in case of disputes over the value.
Online reports may be shared with clients based on their email. Some clients get reports with values. Some get reports with values and photos. Others get list without values either with or without photos. In addition to this there is an introduction to the valuation with general information about the job, the assets, the valuation and maybe an executive summary.
