Notion.so Calendar showing patient and room assignment

We have converted our old excel spreadsheet system into Notion.so database to collect information on our patients, doctors, and schedules. Our designer has moved onto a full-time position and we need to complete a couple of changes to Notion.so to make it more visually informative. Our spreadsheet calendar was able to show at a glance the room assignment, length of stay, and whether the patient was accompanied by a guest/companion. Notion.so is showing that information but it is not visual so our staff is taking the data and putting into an app that visually shows this information. We have attached our old excel spreadsheet calendar to show what we need to see at a glance.
