Monday.com Real-Time Project Cost Dashboard

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a comprehensive dashboard on Monday.com that tracks and compares various project metrics.
Key features of the dashboard will include:
1. Estimation of costs and revenues at the proposal stage.
2. Planning of costs and timelines for projected vs estimated (offer).
3. Comparison of predicted costs and timelines with actual costs and timelines (which tasks were completed in which month and what costs were incurred).
4. Clear visibility of the number of days projected for each project per resource against actual task completion (considering declared availability and desired monthly occupancy percentage).
5. Real-time budget tracking and variance analysis against initial estimates.
Data will be a combination of manual input and automated import from other systems. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience with Monday.com and creating complex dashboards.
- Strong skills in data analysis and project management.
- Ability to deliver real-time data updates.
The dashboard should include various charts and graphs for data visualization.
