Merge two legacy access databases - upload to dataverse environment..Demonstrate and build simple power app to query and update database

I have two access databases with customer and non customer contacts.we have call/activity records associated with many of the contacts and I would like them merged and duplicates removed. Then put onto our dataverse environment, I would like a relatively straight forward power app built to perform a number of straightforward crm process's and integration with our Outlook and perhaps phone.

Database relatively small at only a few thousand contacts and records.need to be able to do some specific query's.
