Making a library software

Allow for the scanning of library lards and book isbn codes to track who borrowed a book and when it was returned. Ability to report which books are lent out and to whom, and who has read which book. Ability to add users manually. Ability to add books on “first borrow” rather than manually cataloguing the library. To be run on android with barcode scanner, or Mac osx
