Hailo-based Tool Inventory Monitor

I'm seeking a tool manager that operates on the Hailo platform. Its primary function will be to monitor the usage of various tools in a factory setting. This will encompass power tools, hand tools, and other factory tools.
Key Features:
- Tool Usage Monitoring: The tool manager should keep track of how much each tool is used.
- Inventory Tracking: It should also monitor the inventory of these tools, notifying us when stock is low or when a tool needs replacing.
- Notification System: A reliable notification system is crucial. It should alert us when a tool is being used excessively, or when maintenance is needed.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Hailo platform.
- Experience in developing tool monitoring systems.
- Capability to create a reliable notification system.
