Gas Bottle Rental Plugin suggestions or development for Wordpress/ Woocommerce website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have a gas bottle rental business, and I would like to find a plug-in/ Software/ programming and set up, to help me manage the rental of my products integrated on my Wordpress/ Woocommerce.

I will need a quote with a suggested plug-in/ Software/ programming and set up.
The main functions are:
- Customer needs to be able to select products and select a date to rent the item or items and reserve them.
- Customer needs to be able to pay for the items they are renting with PayPal or Cash on pickup.
- I would like the rental to be added to my inventory area.
- I want to receive an email when the booking has been made.
- It would be nice if the customer could ask questions about the rental before they book it if needed.
- Every product has a different serial number, so for example I have one product: 12KG OF R134A GAS REFILLABLE
But then I have 5 different bottles to rent of this same product (12KG OF R134A GAS REFILLABLE), what means I have 5 different serial numbers but for a same product, so I a very accurate system to help me manage my inventory.
- The rental price is per month.
- We have different prices for different customers, this also needs to be set up.
So, for the customer to get the correct price, he must first log into his account and so the system will know which customer is that one so the price is correctly given according to the customer.
- My customer needs to be able to have and manage their account (My account), viewing the invoices, renting the same product again, checking what he owes or how much he has already paid, etc., basically it would be an area of user, similar to eBay, just an example.
- I need to create an account for my customer and send them their login and password, after that he can change his password and manage their account as he necessary.
- We do not ship these bottles by courier, the collection and delivery is only done at our physical store.
- I need to integrate this system with Wordpress/ Woocommerce.
- I need to have access to how to edit and update this website and configure it with the new changes once it's done.
Here's how the process would work.
The customer would come to my website and then click a link that takes them to the Rental page where they can search for a specific item such R32 8Kg which will show them a picture description and price of the item per Month. Then they could select the item and book it. Then they would be able to pay for the item with PayPal or cash on pickup. I would receive an email saying that they book the item. The item would also be added automatically to my inventory area and get disable into my rental store.
