Fix Type mismatch in JOIN expression. (Error 3615) MS Access

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me fix a type mismatch error in a JOIN expression in MS Access. The specific error message I am receiving is "Error 3615".
The query used to work but I suspect the source data may haver changed. The joins relate to date fields and I have formatted them properly in both input files but still get error message.
