Educational Institution Question Bank System Development

I'm in need of an experienced Laravel and React developer to help create a comprehensive in-house question bank system for our educational institution. The system needs to be able to:
- Manage users: Different access levels and permissions are a must. This includes Admin, Teacher, and Data Entry.
- Create and manage large question databases:
- Add, edit, categorize, and manage a large database of questions.
- Select questions from the question bank to create custom worksheets and exams.
- Preview questions before generating worksheets.
- Creation and management of question categories, tags, and metadata.
- Sharing worksheets with other teachers within the system.
- Generated PDF with options for formatting, layout, and inclusion of answer keys.
- Handle categorization and tagging:
- It should use both hierarchical categories and tags for effective question management.
Ideal skills and experiences for this job include:
