Database project using Jupiter software

I need someone to be able to work with a data set using Jupiter software And import libraries like panda, num and random to be able to answer a few questions regarding the dataset.
On the other hand I have a data set which I would like to create a single query for.
All the files and details will be Provided while working on the project
