Database project

I would need to create a database for training management which I would then like to implement with other modules (maintenance, measuring instruments, non-conformities ...). I would like the database to be installed locally but with the possibility in the future to be able to use it in the cloud. The fields for the database and the relationship between them are forwarded as soon as we agree.
